You’re creating a marketing tool to sell your clients’ expertise to employers, so it should contain “$, % and #” data to illustrate their capabilities. Instead of wasting valuable real estate on soft skills and generic tasks, infuse content with SPAR-driven bullets so that employers can see what they’re truly capable of.
Here’s an example.
Before the SPAR framework:
- Screened, interviewed, hired and trained staff for all company positions.
After the SPAR framework:
- As Senior Marketing Manager of [Fortune 500 company], oversaw recruitment and screening of more than 350 applicants each year which led to a greater than 45% increase in staff retention.

What specific problem was being addressed?
